At Belìa, we take pride in delivering high-quality, carefully packaged craft beers. Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns of opened or consumed items.

Eligibility for Refunds


We offer refunds or replacements only under the following conditions:

Products arrived damaged or incorrect.

The issue is reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Proof (e.g., clear photos of the damage) is provided via email.

Please contact us at info.beliabeer@gmail.com with your order number, photos, and a description of the issue.

 Non-Refundable Situations


Opened or consumed products

Orders placed with incorrect addresses provided by the customer

Delays caused by couriers, customs, or force majeure

Dissatisfaction with taste (subjective preferences)

 Replacements


Where eligible, we will send you a replacement of the damaged or incorrect product at no extra cost.

 Refund Method


Refunds, if approved, will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
