Our Approach
We take a slow and honest path to beer. Each recipe begins with picked Sicilian fruit no syrups, no shortcuts. We brew in small batches in Genk, Belgium, working closely with a single master brewer to ensure consistency and soul in every bottle. Our goal isn’t mass production, but meaningful connection between land, craft, and those who drink it. We stay as green as possible, from natural ingredients to eco-friendly packaging.
OUR STORY
Once upon a time, Emperor Charles V set sail for Sicil, a journey that would forever change the course of flavor.
As he explored the sunlit island, he fell in love with its essence, the abundance of its fruit, each bursting with vibrant flavors and rich character.
More than tastes, these treasures were symbols of Sicily's spirit, resilient, passionate and timeless.
Charles dreamed of preserving this essence.
Upon returning to Belgium, he envisioned combining Sicily's natural riches with the refined craft of Belgian brewing.
Centuries later, that vision is realized.
Our beer marries the bold flavors of Sicily with the precision of Belgian tradition.
